This research aims to describe the implementation of the international Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) regime in Lahat Regency in overcoming the problem of stunting. In the study of International Relations, SDGs as an international regime have played an intersecting role in encouraging many sub-state actors to participate in implementing a regime. In conducting this research, the author used descriptive-qualitative research to explain and analyze the phenomenon that was the object of research. This research uses the concept of international regime implementation by Steinar Andresen to explain the process of regime implementation in the domestic realm. Based on this concept, the author identifies that implementing the SDGs to resolve the stunting problem in Lahat Regency goes through 5 (five) phases, namely the international regime acceptance phase, the international regime transformation phase, the program implementation phase, the response and impact phase on target groups and the program effectiveness phase. Based on the implementation process, it was concluded that there had been an actual change or reduction in the prevalence of stunting in Lahat Regency as evidenced by a decrease in the prevalence of stunting from 48.1% in 2018 down to 19.1% in 2022.
