MODAL SOSIAL PENGELOLA WISATA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN WISATA DANAU SHUJI DESA LEMBAK, KECAMATAN LEMBAK, KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM
The purpose of this study is to discuss the Social Capital of Tourism Management in the development of Shuji Lake tourism and also know the social capital strategy works for Shuji Lake Tourism. This research was conducted in Lembak Village, Lembak District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The data conducted by this study are primary data and also secondary data conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative description analysis methods. This research uses the theory of social capital from Robert Putnam. There are three types of informants in this study, namely the main informant, key informant and supporting informant. The results of this study show that there are three aspects that show the social capital that exists in the management in the development of Shuji Lake tourism, namely: the formation of mutual trust, cooperation and solidarity. Means increased scale of work or economic networks. and also the form of agreement from the existence of rules made together. The factors behind the manager's strategy in tourism development are community empowerment, and the community's economy. Keywords: Social Capital, Management, Tourism Village
