In order to meet the electricity needs that increase, an adequate and stable electrical energy distribution system is necessary. The research was conducted at PB 0318 Distribution Transformer Seduduk Putih Substation Fokker Feeder Palembang by measuring and calculating in each direction. The imbalance happened due to the uneven load on each phase, where the efficiency values of the PB 0138 Distribution Transformer is 86,70% and 84,68% before load equalization. After equal distribution, the efficiency values become 90,18% and 89,12%. Load imbalance percentage values at 10% and 19,73% in Direction A as 0,4% and 4,03% in Direction C at standard load. 17,9% and 19,43% in Direction A as 5,3 % and 12,77% in Direction C at peak load. Power loss values at 3683,49 Watts and 4333,78 Watts in Direction A, as 318,12 Watts and 262,12 Watts in Direction C before load equalization. Then 2861,43 Watts, 3318,57 Watts, 190,02 Watt, and 130,14 Watt after load equalization. The neutral currents were 70 A and 75 A in Direction A, as 35,3 A and 35,7 A in Direction C before load equalization. Then 0 A each after load equalization. Load equalization plays a role in preventing load imbalance, and done by dividing the load on each phase then it becomes the same size.
