This research aims to find out the deposition environment and paleoclimate that occurred in the Halang and Anggota Breksi Halang Formation. The research location is in Wonoharjo, Kebumen-Banyumas Regency, Central Of Java Province with coordinates N 320 81’00’’E, S 910 62’00’’ dan N 320 92’00’’E, S 910 61’00’’. The research method is a descriptive paleontoloicl analysis with systematic sampling and sample preparation usin H2O2 solution to separate foraminifera from their substrates. Paleobatymetric determinations alone were used with an abundance of benthic foraminifera. The Halang Formation is estimated to be in the Inner Neritic-Outer Neritic bathymetric zone, The presence of Streblus beccarri indicated a Transtional environment and the presence of Amphicoryna scalari and Hyperammina cylindrica indicated a Neritic environmet. While the ancient climate of the Halang Formation with a percenate of 38% warm climate of spesies. Globigerinoides diminutus is the most abundant spesies. The percentage of abundance in the cold climate group was 23% with the most abundant spesies being Globigerinoides praebulloides. Anggota Breksi Halang Formation percentae of warm climate spesies 28%, Globigerinoides immaturus is the most abundant spesies. The percentage of abundance in the cold climate group wa 22% with the most abundant spesies being Globigerina prabulloides.
