This research is entitled "Development of a Professional E-Module Flip Pdf Local History on Old Order South Sumatra DPRD Materials with a Project Based Learning Model in Class XII SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang". This research was conducted in class XII IPA 2 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE model. This study aims to develop e-module learning media that are valid and have an effective impact. The validity of the e-module learning media is based on the results of the validation performed on experts, namely material experts, linguists, and media experts. The results of material validation were 4.33, linguists 4.60 and media experts 4.04 with very valid categories. Then in the learning outcomes of students, it was obtained an increase in learning outcomes using e-module learning media based on Professional Flip Pdf, namely 50.91% with an N-gain value of 0.82 in the very good category. This shows that the Professional Flip Pdf-based e-module learning media uses the Project Based Learning model, material from the Old Order DPRD of South Sumatra, which is valid and effective.
