This study aims to determine the Public Relations process of PT PLN in the South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu Regions in Improving Corporate Image. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that PT PLN for South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu Region have carried out all stages of the public relations process in managing social media Instagram @pln_s2jb through interesting and informative content so as to enhance the company's image in the public eye. Public relations practitioners continue to strive to improve performance and improve company services in meeting the needs of the public by going through the process of managing Instagram social media and public relations practitioners should increase the delivery of information related to blackouts and information needed by the public so that they can obtain good feedback and responses from the public.
