This research is entitled "Multistakeholder Coordination in the Service of Death Certificates in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City (Case Study of Bukit Lama Village, Ilir Barat Satu District). The purpose of this study was to find out how Multi-stakeholder Coordination in the Service of Death Certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang City (Case Study of Bukit Lama Village, Ilir Barat Satu District). This study used descriptive qualitative method. This study uses the theory of Drs. Soewarno Handayaningrat, in this case measuring coordination can be assessed using five indicators including: 1. Communication, 2. Awareness of the Importance of Coordination, 3. Competence of Participants, 4. Opportunity, Agreement and Coordination Incentives, and 5. Continuity of Planning. The problem in this study is to see how aware stakeholders are in coordinating and committed to serving death certificates. The conclusion is that it belongs to the appropriate category. This can be seen from the field data that the author conveys for all coordination indicators that stakeholders have carried out their duties and functions as employees, both the head of RT01 Bukit Lama, employees of the Bukit Lama Village, employees of the local Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) and employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office. Palembang City in serving death certificates. It is recommended to increase again through awareness of coordination as well as supervision by leaders or authorized officials because employees need to pay attention so that the work carried out by employees is in accordance with work goals and effectiveness can be seen progress and to achieve the goal of optimal coordination of tasks it is necessary to increase agreement and employees in carrying out work , and also the application of sanctions for employees who violate the agreement.
