Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan revitalisasi ekonomi program restorasi lahan gambut yang ada di Desa Menang Raya yang kemudian diwakilkan oleh Kelompok Masyarakat Tani Mawar pada pengembangan kerajinan purun. Partisipasi yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini yaitu keterlibatan anggota Pokmas Tani Mawar dalam tahap pengambilan keputusan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengambian manfaat, serta tahap evaluasi. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan menggunakan teori dari Cohen dan Uphoff (1980) tentang tahap partisipasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian Partisipasi Masyarakat Pada Kegiatan Revitalisasi Ekonomi Program Restorasi Lahan Gambut Di Desa Menang Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi atau keterlibatan masyarakat pada kegiatan revitalisasi ekonomi berjalan dengan baik. Bentuk partisipasi yang diberikan oleh anggota Pokmas Tani Mawar yaitu berupa partisipasi pikiran dan tenaga. Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa anggota Pokmas Tani Mawar aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan revitalisasi ekonomi baik dari tahap pengambilan keputusan hingga tahap evaluasi. Adanya keinginan untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi merupakan hal yang mendasari mereka untuk terus aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan revitaliasasi ekomomi ini. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Revitalisasi Ekonomi, Pokmas Tani Mawar, Desa Menang Raya This study aims to find out how community participation in the economic revitalization activities of the peatland restoration programme in the village of Menang Raya was then represented by the group rose farming community in the development of purun handicrafts. The participation referred to in this study is the involvement of the members of Pokmas Tani Mawar in the decision making stage, implementation stage, benefit collection stage and evaluation stage. This study was conducted using Cohen and Uphoff's (1980) theory on the stage of participation. The research method used in this study is the qualitative method. The results of the research on community participation in economic revitalization activities of peatland restoration program in Menang Raya Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency show that community participation or involvement in economic revitalization activities is going well. The form of participation given by the members of Pokmas Tani Mawar is in the form of participation of mind and energy. In this study, it is known that the members of Pokmas Tani Mawar actively participate in the economic revitalisation activities from the decision making stage to the evaluation stage. The desire to improve economic conditions is the basis for them to continue to be active in participating in this economic revitalisation activity.
