Stroke is a disruption in brain function due to blockage or rupture of blood flow to the brain, causing weakness on one side of the stroke patient's body, resulting in impaired physical mobility. The intervention provided is proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to provide nursing care using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation to increase muscle strength in patients with physical mobility disorders. The method used was qualitative research with a case study approach to 3 stroke patients. The results of the assessment of the three managed patients showed a nursing diagnosis of impaired physical mobility. The three managed patients have received proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation training. Meanwhile, after giving proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercises, there are changes in muscle and joint strength in managed patients, although they are not very visible because the patients still experience decreased consciousness, so PNF exercises can increase the degree of range of motion of joints, can help heal muscle tissue, reduce muscle weakness, make it easier to move. increases contractions in weak muscles
