Surgical procedures are one of the causes of acute pain nursing problems. To reduce the level of pain felt, non-pharmacological therapy can be done, namely music therapy and deep breathing relaxation therapy without causing side effects for sufferers. The aim of this case study is to apply comprehensive nursing care by providing music therapy and deep breathing relaxation therapy to reduce the level of pain in post-fracture surgery patients. The method used in this case study is a case study approach method by focusing on one problem, namely postoperative pain which is raised as a case to be studied thoroughly so that a nursing problem can be obtained and analysis can be carried out to plan nursing care. Based on the results of the case study assessment, it shows that the three managed patients had the same complaints, namely acute pain, such as complaining of pain, appearing to grimace, being restless, being protective, having an increased pulse rate and having difficulty sleeping. The nursing problem that occurred in the three patients managed was acute pain. Interventions that can be carried out in acute pain nursing problems are pain management such as providing music therapy accompanied by deep breathing relaxation. Within three days of implementing nursing, the patient's pain complaints had begun to decrease. The results were obtained before the pain management was carried out in the three patients whose pain scale was managed at 4 and 5, after pain management was carried out the three patients managed the pain scale at 1, meaning the pain had started to disappear and 0, which means they no longer felt the pain. The conclusion of this case study is that managing acute pain by providing pain management such as providing music therapy and deep breathing relaxation therapy can reduce the level of pain felt by post-fracture surgery patients.
