This study aims to determine the forms of beauty privilege that occur at Sriwijaya University and find out how the social construction of Sriwijaya University students towards beauty privilege. The method used in this research is qualitative type of descriptive research with phenomenological research strategy. In this study, it was found that the forms of beauty privilege that occur at Sriwijaya University include 1) Easy to be accepted in the social environment, 2) Prioritized and facilitated in affairs, and 3) More tolerance with mistakes. After the identification of forms of beauty privilege, the findings of this study are also the proces of social construction of students towards beauty privilege. Where the process includes externalization which is the process where the informant first gets knowledge about beauty privilege, then there is also the process of objectification which is a process that occurs when the informant compares the initial loowledge they get about beauty privilege with the knowledge they get in the environment, and the last process of internalization is the process of students already having their own opinions about beauty privilege and It hus received both good and bad impacts on the existence of beauty privilege.
