Human beings are considered the most perfect creatures created by Godcompared to other creatures. Children are a trust (amanah) from Allah SWT totheir parents; therefore, they must be constantly nurtured, educated, and guidedearnestly to become virtuous individuals. Awareness of the importance ofeducating righteous children motivates every Muslim parent to pay attention tothe education and upbringing of their children to become noble individuals. It iscrucial to ensure that their descendants do not deviate onto misguided paths due toa lack of understanding of Islam and its laws. This research employs a qualitativeresearch method, meaning that the data obtained consists of interview transcripts.researcher documents, field notes, researcher's notes, and other supporting officialdocuments. The role commonly used in the location of Kampung Arab 10 IlirKota Palembang, situated in Ilir Timur 3, in the cultivation of Islamic values inchildren is referred to as the role of parents. In this role, parents must serve asguides to direct their children to understand the values of Islam. The parents inthis research who serve as examples are likely to be emulated by their children.Both the mother and father play a role and have a status in fulfilling their rightsand responsibilities to educate their children to become righteous sons and daughters.
