This study discusses the socio-economic impact of the Family Hope Program in alleviating poverty in Very Poor Households in Karang Raja Village, East Prabumulih District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Using observation data collection techniques, purposively determined interviews, and documentation. research was analyzed using the theory of social change from Soejono Soekanto. The results of the study show that the existence of the Family Hope Program in Karang Raja Village, East Prabumulih District is 1) The social output of the Family Hope program is the provision of education related to poverty alleviation to members of the Very Poor Household community and Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT). In the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Karang Raja Village, Prabumulih Timur District, what the Agent of Change expected and did not expect. Positive and Negative Factors of the Family Hope Program in Karang Raja Village, East Prabumulih District are positive factors 1) Cash assistance is received according to category, 2) Assistance is used for education, health and reducing the burden of living costs and negative factors 1) Social jealousy in the environment stay 2) Money is allocated for purposes that are not in accordance with the conditions that should be.
