The issue of reporting on interfaith marriages has become a topic of discussion in the community, in line with the increasing number of marriages carried out by couples of different religions and the issuance of a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court regarding instructions for applications for registration of marriages between people of different religions and beliefs. This research was conducted on the online media news portals CNNIndonesia.com and Tribunnews.com. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using the Robert N. Entmen model of framing analysis, which consists of four dimensions, namely define problem, diagnose causes, make moral judgment, and treatment recommendation. The results of this research show that the online news portals CNNIndonesia.com and Tribunnews.com have similarities regarding the selection of issues carried out in reporting on interfaith marriages. It's just that in the process of highlighting the news there are several differences, such as the news angle used, the selection of sources, the use of photos or images, and the choice of words used to emphasize the issue being reported.
