This research is entitled “Development of Muhammadiyah Education in Perguruan Muhammadiyah Balayudha Kemuning Subdistrict, Palembang city in 2010-2020”. The problem discussed in this study is how the development of Muhammadiyah education in Perguruan Muhammadiyah Balayudha Kemuning Subdistrict, Palembang city in 2010-2020.The purpose of this study is to determine the development of Muhammadiyah education in Perguruan Muhammadiyah Balayudha Kemuning Subdistrict, Palembang city in 2010-2020. The method used in this research is the historical method. This method contains four stages of research that is heuristics, criticism of source, interpretation, and historiography using a sociological and education approach. Based on the research result, the development of Muhammadiyah education in Perguruan Muhammadiyah Balayudha Kemuning Subdistrict, Palembang city in 2010-2020 can be described according to the level of each school. Elementary School of Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang, Elementary School of Muhammadiyah 14 Palembang, Junior High School of Muhammadiyah 4 Palembang, Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang, Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang and Vocational high School of Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. Have shown a very good development during the last few years, which can be seen in the seven aspects of development.
