Currently, in the processing of report cards at 17 Palembang Elementary School, namely the application in processing report cards, there are still many shortcomings, for example processing data on Daily Tests, Midterm Exams and Final Semester Exams, it is often difficult to calculate even though the application from the government already exists, so it is necessary to develop a report card application at 17 Palembang Elementary School. This study aims to build a report card processing application with indicators of master data categories, attendance data, and report card data to facilitate the processing of report cards at 17 Palembang Elementary School. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by conducting direct observation and using media interviews with related parties at 17 Palembang Elementary School to obtain data and specifications of the desired application requirements, and using the waterfall system development method with the stages of analysis, design, and testing. The design used is Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. System implementation uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database as a database. The results of this study produce data that is stored digitally.
