The precense of negation words in a sentence can change the meaning of the sentence, which can lead to misclassification. Negation handling is used as a method to handling negation issues during classification. In this study, the negation handling process is applied to sentiment analysis of Google Meet reviews using Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Then, the analysis is performed on SVM classification with negation handling and SVM classification without negation handling based on the evaluation results. The results of the study show that the negation handling process can increase the accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure values by 2%. SVM classification using the negation handling method has accuracy value 86%, precision value 86%, recall value 84%, and f-measure value 85%.
