Cahya Maju Optik Store is a business engaged in selling glasses and providing eye examination services. The current system of the store does not have a special application for data collection of sales, purchases, supplier data and inventory of goods. Inventory reports are still done manually using book media which causes human error. In addition, books are also prone to damage or loss that can cause losses to the store. Therefore, the use of data processing applications is needed to provide accurate and reliable information and speed up the data processing process. Applications built using waterfall methods with PHP scripting language and MySQL databases.Kata kunci : Aplikasi, Persediaan Barang, PHP, MySQL.
