Background: The epithelium, or the cervix's outer surface layer, is where cervical cancer develops and spreads within the cervix. Most cases of cervical cancer are discovered at an advanced or even lethal stage. Lower abdominal pain is a common complaint among women with cervical cancer. One of the many difficult responsibilities that cancer patients must bear while ill is pain. Murrotal Al-Qur’an treatment is a nursing intervention that can be offered to people with cervical cancer to lessen their suffering. Purpose: Providing nursing care for cervical cancer patients using Murrotal Al-Qur’an non-pharmacological therapy. Method: The method were used qualitative research method that used case study technique on 3 patients with cervical cancer who had murrotal Al-Qur'an therapy Discussion In the analysis of this case study, the three managed patients primary complaints were pain, and the nursing issues that developed were acute pain and chronic pain. The nursing intervention provided was pain management by providing murrotal Al-Qur’an non-pharmacological therapy as a supporting intervention from the main intervention, which is pharmacological therapy. The three managed patients pain scales decreased as a result of receiving murrotal Al-Qur’an therapy, according to the evaluation results. Conclusion: Murrotal Al-Qur'an therapy is effective in reducing the pain scale of cervical cancer patients. Key Words: Cervical Cancer, Nursing Care, Pain, Murrotal Al-Qur’an Therapy
