Introduction : Families are those who have personal relationships, and provide support caused by birth, adoption, or marriage. Every family craves health, but changes in the lifestyle of modern society result in the emergence of various kinds of chronic diseases, one of which is stroke (Airiza, 2015). Stroke is a disorder caused by the interruption of blood flow to an area of the brain due to a ruptured or blocked blood vessel in the brain. Stroke is still the 2nd largest cause of death in the world. Stroke that is not treated immediately will cause disability and even death. Post-stroke patients need appropriate treatment so that they do not become fatally disabled, one of which is by doing ROM exercises and bridging exercises. Purpose: Applying various concepts and knowledge about nursing care to families who have had a stroke and improve the ability of students to provide nursing care to families with stroke. Method : used in writing this scientific work is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach in three families with stroke. Result: from the study, The nursing problems obtained were impaired physical mobility, knowledge deficit, behavior tending to be risky, ineffective family health management, and readiness to improve health management. The implications that can be made are by providing health education about stroke and providing bridging exercise and ROM therapy to increase muscle strength. Result of the evaluation obtained were that the entire family was able to recognize stroke and was able to care for family members with stroke. Conclusions: Bridging exercise and ROM therapy on mobility disorders in stroke patients. Keywords : Bridging exercise, Family, Range of Motion, Strokes Blibiography : 2012-2023
