PELAKSANAAN PENGADAAN BARANG SECARA ELEKTRONIK DI BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN (STUDI KASUS PEMBELIAN BARANG PERALATAN KOMPUTER TAHUN 2022)
This research was conducted to determine the process of purchasing computer equipment electronically at the Regional Development Planning Board of South Sumatra Province. This study identifies the problems that exist in the implementation of electronic purchasing of computer equipment (e-purchasing). These problems include missing information in the price column, network disruptions, lack of stock availability, and price discrepancies in the ordering process. This research was conducted using a descriptive-qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses Mulyadi's (2016) purchasing theory with five variables, namely purchase requests, requests for price offers and selection of suppliers, purchase orders, record payables and distribution of purchases. The results of this study still have room for improvement. This is because there are still obstacles at several stages, especially at the stages of identifying needs and selecting providers. The advice that the author can give is to improve network infrastructure, improve communication with providers, and create backup plans to overcome stock availability problems.
