This study aims to determine the lifestyle of metrosexual students at Sriwijaya University. Source of data used in this research is primary data. Primary data sources in this study were obtained through interviews and observations of the metrosexual lifestyle at Sriwijaya University. This study uses Alfred Aldler lifestyle theory with a descriptive qualitative research method and uses a case study approach. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation. Determination of informants in this study was carried out purposively with the aim of obtaining more in-depth information according to the research problem. The results of this study indicate that the lifestyle of metrosexual students shows a lifestyle that develops behavior that is very concerned about appearance. Keeping up with trending fashion trends is a must for metrosexual students to always look trendy and cool. In addition to the style of dress, metrosexual students really care about their appearance by doing body treatments and facial treatments to make them look sleek.
