The inventory data management process at the Plaju Darat Subdistrict Office is currently not well organized, the inventory data that is managed is still stored in separate files, and for some categories it is only written in the inventory notebook. This makes it difficult to search for and monitor the condition of inventory data, whether in good condition or damaged. The aim of this research is to provide a solution in the form of an application that can help manage the inventory of state-owned goods in Plaju Darat Subdistrict Office. The expected benefits make it easier, especially in monitoring the amount of inventory and the suitability conditions of each item. The method used is the prototype method, this method has the advantage that the application that is built is first made into a prototype so that it can be adapted to the user's needs in the inventory data management process. The application that was built was tested using the black box method, where from the test results the author concluded that the application was running well according to the design that was built. The results of the research are in the form of an inventory management application that can be used by Plaju Darat Subdistrict Office to make the inventory management process easier.
