Policy evaluation is a process of assessing and analyzing the effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance of policies, as well as their impact on society or the intended targets. This study aims to determine the success of the flood management policy in the city of Palembang. The government's efforts to overcome the problem of flooding in the city of Palembang, namely by making policies related to flooding. In implementing this policy, there are still various problems. To overcome this problem, the government is conducting an evaluation so that this policy can reduce and solve the problem of flooding in the city of Palembang. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of flood management policies in Palembang City is still not successful. Therefore it is still necessary to carry out periodic evaluations of these policies. Keywords: Policy Evaluation, Flood
