The province of Bangka Belitung Islands accounts for around 40% of national pepper output. Since 2018, the price of white pepper in Pangkalpinang City has fluctuated, causing white pepper farmers to lose money when they try to sell their crops. Farmers took a variety of measures to avoid selling their harvests when prices were low. Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Council (BEMKG) offers weather climate datasets to analyse and predict if there is a link between the increase and fall of white pepper prices and the weather climate in Pangkalpinang City. For the prediction of white pepper prices, this study employed the Rapidminer tools and the Linear Regression technique, yielding a root mean squared error of 14321.058. The results of the correlation test obtained for all variables have a very weak correlation level which means that the accuracy of the predictions displayed cannot be used as a full reference in predicting the price of white pepper.
