STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI FUNDRAISING MELALUI METODE CROWDFUNDING LEMBAGA SATU AMAL INDONESIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEROLEHAN DANA INFAQ SEDEKAH DAN WAKAF
This research is entitled "Fundraising Communication Strategy Through the Crowdfunding Method of One Indonesian Amal Institution in Increasing Acquisition of Alms and Waqf Infaq Funds". This study aims to determine the fundraising communication strategy of the Indonesian Amal Institute in increasing the acquisition of alms and waqf infaq funds. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation studies. This study uses Anwar Arifin's Communication Strategy Theory which is divided into 4 dimensions, namely knowing the audience, composing the message, establishing the method and selecting and using the media. Getting to know the audience by Satu Amal Indonesia seeks and determines the audience by personally contacting potential donors and utilizing social media in fundraising. Compilation of messages by using hard selling and soft selling to attract potential donors to donate. Establish methods using 4 methods in fundraising activities, namely, crowdfunding, retail, community collaboration and offline funding. Media selection and use Satu Amal Indonesia utilizes all social media, but the most frequently used are Instagram and the social platform amalsholeh.com.
