PEMBERIAN MOBILISASI PROGRESIF LEVEL 1 PADA PASIEN SPACE OCCUPYING LESSION (SOL) POST CRANIOTOMY TERHADAP STATUS HEMODINAMIK
Background: Post-craniotomy SOL patients will experience impaired mobilization and can even experience a decrease in consciousness and disruption of blood circulation to the brain and heart work so that hemodynamic status is unstable. The treatment that can be done by nurses is level 1 progressive mobilization exercises. Purpose: Describe emergency nursing practice focused on implementing comprehensive nursing care by implementing evidence-based interventions in post-craniotomy SOL patients. Method: The method used is a qualitative case study method in 3 post-craniotomy SOL patients. Results: There are 9 nursing problems that arise, namely: ineffective airway clearance, gas exchange disordes, decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, impaired physical mobility, risk of ineffective peripheral perfusion, risk of aspiration, risk of infection, risk of pressure sores, risk of falling. After being given progressive mobilization level 1 for 3 days in patients with SOL post craniotomy can affect hemodynamic status. Conclusions: Level 1 progressive mobilization intervention performed in all three post-craniotomy SOL patients showed that it can affect hemodynamic status. It can be seen from the increase in blood pressure and oxygen saturation of the patient is good.
