MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF BAGI PENYANDANG DISABILITAS PADA TINGKAT SEKOLAH DASAR DI KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the management of inclusive education for persons with disabilities at the primary school level in Palembang City. This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many children with disabilities who still do not get the right to education as they should. This research uses management theory proposed by George R. Terry. This research method is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Inclusive Education Management for Persons with Disabilities includes four dimensional functions, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing. (3) Implementation, (4) Supervision. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Inclusive Education program is still not effective enough, due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the absence of special assistant teachers. So that it will have an impact on Inclusive Education Management for Persons with Disabilities in Palembang City, so it can be concluded that this inclusive education management can be said to be not good enough.
