PENGARUH MEDIA AJAR BERBASIS PENDEKATAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK BERBANTUAN APLIKASI PIXTON TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA
This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental method with the aim of seeing whether there is an effect of teaching media based on a realistic mathematical approach assisted by the pixton application on students' interest in learning mathematics. The samples used were class VIII.2 as the control class and class VIII.6 as the experimental class. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire of students' interest in learning mathematics which was given before and after being given treatment. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale, where the Likert scale uses an ordinal scale so that data analysis uses non-parametric statistics. Based on data analysis using the Mann Whitneyy test, the Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) is 0.031, which is less than the significance value α = 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an influence of teaching media based on a realistic mathematical approach assisted by the Pixton application on students' interest in learning mathematics.
