USER ACCEPTANCE LEVEL ANALYSIS OF GIWANG SUMSEL APPLICATION USING UTAUT METHOD (UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY) (CASE STUDY: Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sumatra Province) By Saidah Samiyah 09031381924092 ABSTRACT The Giwang application is a medium released by the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sumatra Province that serves as a provider of information on tourist destinations and culinary experiences in the area. However, based on user reviews, there are still many tourist destinations that are not listed in this application and some people are not aware of its existence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence user acceptance of the Giwang Sumsel application using the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) method. The research data was obtained from 100 samples using Partial Least Squares (PLS) as a data analysis tool. Primary data was collected through questionnaires completed by the respondents. The results of the study indicate that Behavioral Intention is the most influential variable on Use Behavior, while the Experience variable strengthens Facilitating Condition in influencing Use Behavior with the smallest impact.
