PROFIL ERITROSIT, LEUKOSIT DAN HEMOGLOBIN SAPI BALI PRA DAN PASCA INSTALASI FISTULA RUMEN
Testing the digestibility of feed there are in-vitro, in-vivo, and in sacco techniques. In sacco testing requires fistula cattle. Experiments carried out on ruminants directly require a lot of time, money and effort. Testing of fistula livestock must pay attention to animal welfare (animal welfare). Stress is a condition that arises when cattle suddenly face changes in their environment. As for measuring stress in animals using erythrocytes, leukocytes and hemagoblin as indicators of stress. Blood is an important factor as an indicator of nutritional health in animals. This research was conducted in September - December 2022, the qualitative data obtained will be analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. It was found that the pre operation erythrocyte value was 1.15 (106/μL) and post operation it increased to 6.6 (106/μL). The pre operation leukocyte value was 16.6 (103/μL) and post operation decreased to 13.3 (103/μL). The pre operation hemoglobin value was 10.4 (gr/dL) and 13.5 (gr/dL) post operation. The pre operation MCV (Mean Corpuscular Volume) value was 94.8 (fL) and 59.8 (fL) post operation. MCH (Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin) value pre operation was 90.4 (pg) and post operation 20.5 (pg). The pre operation MCHC (Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration) value was 95.4 (g/dL) and post operation, which was 34.2 (g/dL). Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the blood profile of Bali cattle before and after installation of rumen fistula after surgery, Bali cattle do not experience stress indicators seen in the levels of erythrocytes, leukocytes, and hemoglobin which are still at normal levels.
