This study was conducted to determine the application of chicken drum fertilizer to the growth and yield of red chili (Capsicum annum L.) Rooth varieties. This study was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya with the coordinates of the location (104°64'86"E; 3°22'51"S) from June to September 2022. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4 treatments, each treatment consisted of 3 replications then each replication had 3 plants, so there were 36 plant units. Comparative treatment of chicken manure consisted of P0 = Control, P1 = 8:1 (v : v), P2 = 7:2 (v : v) and P3 = 6:3 (v : v). Parameters observed in this study included plant height, number of leaves, crown diameter, leaf greenness, flowering age, number of fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight, number of branches, crown fresh weight, crown dry weight, root fresh weight, and root dry weight. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the provision of chicken manure in the P3 treatment with a ratio of 6:3 (v : v) was the best treatment for almost every parameter, but had no significant effect on the parameters of branchess number, fruit weight, fruit length, fruit diameter, and the number of fruit.
