Lembaga layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Region II Palembang is a government agency within the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education whose job is to carry out supervision, higher education and guidance to Private Higher Education (PTS) in the region. In its mailing services, LLDIKTI has used a simple application called the Digital Tracking Equipment System or "DiTES" for short. According to the results of observations and interviews conducted with LLDIKTI, there is a problem with DiTES, namely that DiTES maturity level has never been measured so that LLDIKTI does not know what level of maturity it is at. Measuring or evaluating the system is very useful for determining whether a system is feasible to continue, repair or terminate because it is deemed useless. To measure the maturity level of the DiTES system, the authors use the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 framework with the Service Operation domain. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, observing and interviewing to obtain maturity level values. The result of calculating the maturity level (as is) on the Digital Tracking Equipment System (DiTES) service is 4.10 or at level 4 (Managed), while the expected maturity level (to be) is 5.00 or at level 5 (Optimized) with a gap value of 0.9. From the results of the evaluation that was carried out on DiTES, 5 (five) recommendations were obtained which were expected to help the LLDIKTI Region II Palembang as material for consideration in overcoming the existing gap values in order to improve the operation of DiTES services. Keywords: Information System Audit, ITIL version 3, Maturity LeveL
