The success of Mobile Legend Bang Bang as a popular esport game today cannot be separated from the user experience factor. User experience is the interaction between users and the products or systems they use. In developing a system, an analysis of user experience is needed which is used to increase user satisfaction and user loyalty. The user experience in playing video games is called the player experience. But unfortunately, as a game, Mobile Legend has several shortcomings, one of the main shortcomings is the high level of difficulty for new players. Seeing this problem, evaluate what causes the decrease in users from the Mobile Legend game. So it is necessary to do an evaluation of the user experience on the game related fundamentally in a game, user experience is prioritized over usability. The Game Experience Questionnaire covers many parts of the digital gaming experience that have been identified from evaluating the player experience in theory. GEQ was chosen because this instrument is in accordance with the method used in research to evaluate user experience in a game. This instrument focuses only on user experience on a game not for other products. This instrument assesses the user's perceived playing experience based on a number of items (such as positive influence, competence, challenge). The number of respondents used in this study were 200 respondents who did not know and had never played the Mobile Legend game. The need for improvements by game-related developers after doing this research in several parts of the game that have user or respondent ratings with little reliability values.
