PENGUKURAN ULANG KEPUASAN PENGGUNA E-LEARNING UNSRI MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)
E-learning (electronic learning) is a form of learning or education that uses information and communication technology (ICT) as its main media, such as the internet, computers, and mobile devices. This research was conducted to Unsri E�Learning users. This type of research is quantitative with End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Research like this was previously conducted in 2022. In this study, a re-measurement was carried out to determine the extent of the increase in the satisfaction of Sriwijaya University E-learning users. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and Likert scale. The selected respondents were 100 people as a sample using the Slovin formula. The assessment is based on 5 EUCS variables namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The results of the assessment are content of 3.67, accuracy 3.89, format 3.8, ease of use 3.91, and timeliness 3.83. The results showed a significant increase in the level of satisfaction with the accuracy variable initially 2.54 increased to 3.89, the format variable initially 2.83 increased to 3.8, the ease of use variable initially 2.87 increased to 3.91 and the timeliness variable initially 2.79 increased to 3.83, and the content variable experienced a less significant increase initially 3.76 increased to 3.97.
