Recently, wireless communication is growing rapidly, due to its practicality and the many features that have been developed along with current technological developments, especially features that can determine the position of subjects and objects using wireless methods such as Global Positioning System (GPS) and Location Based Services (LBS). This is an attraction because of its ease of use as well as being a feature of the service with the fastest growth. The Global Positioning System (GPS) is less effective when used indoors, because the GPS signal emitted by satellites will be disturbed by buildings that become obstacles and result in reduced object position accuracy. Several wireless technologies such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi can be used for wireless-based position estimation indoors. Using the ESP32 microcontroller as a receiver and transmitter. Thus, many have adapted the fingerprint technique as a method used to determine the position that can be applied in the room. testing the positioning system using the K-Nearest Neighbor classification to determine the accuracy of the system.
