Health and safety aspects in the workplace are crucial to be considered while working. Imbalanced working postures can lead to Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) due to joint, ligament, and muscle functional disturbances. This research aims to assess body postures during the production of palm sugar and work risks based on the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) score, and to recommend ergonomic working postures. The method used is Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The samples involved 2 operators who work more than 8 hours per day with work experience exceeding 12 months. The research results indicate that operators working at the cooking station have a high risk level, which is ≥11. The Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire revealed that operators experience pain and discomfort in their back, arms, neck, and legs. The workload measurement for operator 1 grade is 0,8369 and for operator 2, grade obtained is 0,8353.
