This study aims to determine the compliance level of traffic regarding the law number 22 of 2009 of students at SMK Negeri 1 OKU. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. This research uses probably sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The population is 312 people so that the sample taken is 60 respondents from 4 classes totaling 138 students with an error rate of 5%. Based on the results of the study, the level of traffic compliance among students at SMK Negeri 1 OKU was moderate because they knew that various traffic regulations and driving equipment such as helmets, mirrors and license plates existed. However, administrative completeness is lacking. This is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire showing that out of 60 respondents there were 19 (32%) respondents who had a low level of traffic compliance, 35 (58%) of respondents who had a moderate level of traffic compliance and 6 (10%) of respondents had a moderate level of traffic compliance. high compliance. And it is also evidenced by the results of observations which show that in the class that the researchers examined, no one carried a Driving License (DL) and Vehicle Registration Certificate (VRC) and when in the school parking lot complete driving equipment such as helmets, mirrors and license plates indicates that the motor vehicle tax is still active. Factors that affect the level of traffic compliance in students are lack of knowledge about traffic rules and have been subject to sanctions in the form of a ticket.
