EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE PADA APLIKASI AYO TOKO BY SRC MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ).
The industrial era's shifts to digitization have heightened rivalry in the trade sector, which has an impact on the UMKM industry as well. Grocery stores are a part of UMKM whose existence is currently starting to be rivaled by modern retail stores. To compensate for these changes, PT HM Sampoerna initiated the Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) program by releasing the Ayo Toko by SRC application to actively support the digital ecosystem. Based on the search results on Google Playstore, one-star reviews were found regarding complaints about problems that users experienced while using the Ayo Toko by SRC application. Every complaint regarding problems refers to the user's experience regarding the service quality of the Ayo Toko by SRC application. User experience is how the user feels about every interaction the user faces when a product is used. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of user experience in the Ayo Toko by SRC application using UEQ. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) contains 6 assessment aspects, namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The research was conducted on 100 respondents in the Ayo SRC Indonesia group on Facebook. Data processing was carried out using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. From the Benchmark results, atrractiveness, stimulation dan novelty aspect gets an evaluation of Below Average. While the other aspects such as Perspicuity, dependability, efficiency get an evaluation value of a bad.
