Digital transformation plays a crucial role in the Indonesian government, exemplified by the launch of SRIKANDI (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi) by the Ministry of PANRB in 2020. In February 2023, SRIKANDI began its implementation in the Palembang City Government. However, existing facts indicate that many government applications are not used and are considered inefficient. One of the causes of this problem is the low level of user satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the influence of user satisfaction on the intention to use SRIKANDI in the Palembang City Government, especially from the perspective of Civil Servants (ASN) as SRIKANDI users. This research uses the Delone & McLean IS Success Model theory to measure factors for each quality dimension, user satisfaction, intention to use, and add privacy concerns factors. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 250 ASNs in Palembang City. The collected data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 application and PLS-SEM technique. The research results indicate that User Satisfaction positively influences Intention to Use. Meanwhile, User Satisfaction is positively influenced by Completeness, Pleasure, and Assurance. Availability and Privacy Concerns do not have a significant impact on User Satisfaction.
