Learning as if internally and externally done, as well as extracurricular activities carried out by High School (SHS) students are the main triggers for stress, so their physically and mentally exhausted. In developing a system that will help students with stress problems, the method used is the ForwardChaining and Naive Bayes method. Forward Chaining research is to quickly determine stress levels based on symptoms obtained from experts while the Naive Bayes method is based on probability calculations, is a method that can be said to have much better accuracy results than other methods. In testing100test data, the accuracy results obtained were 72%, there were 72 data with appropriate results and 28 data with inappropriate results
