The results of data analysis obtained by the value of t_count = 3.60 meanwhile from the t distribution table at significance α = 0.95 and dk (19) the value of t_table = 1.72 is obtained. Thus, t_count ≥ t_table, then H_o is rejected and H_a is accepted so that there is an effect of telling stories using paper puppet media on listening skills in group B children in Rantau Bayur 1 State Kindergarten. This can be seen at every meeting, the dominant indicator appears, namely paying attention to the teacher when telling stories and paying attention to paper puppets when used in storytelling, and one indicator that has not appeared or has low results, namely telling stories in front of the class simply. There were 13 children (65%) in the Very Well Developed (BSB) category and 3 children (15%) in the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) category.
