PERBANDINGAN PENGUKURAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI LAZADA DAN BUKALAPAK MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION.
The development of the digital era in this era is very fast and unpredictable. The digital era is increasingly giving birth to new technologies that function to help and facilitate human life. Over time, online shopping applications such as Lazada and Bukalapak were born which became very famous in Indonesia for providing various products at affordable prices. Lazada ranks 3rd after Tokopedia and Shopee with an average of 26.64 million visitors, followed by Bukalapak with an average of 21.30 million visitors. Therefore, this study aims to identify factors that contribute to user satisfaction in using the Lazada and Bukalapak applications and how to increase user satisfaction by improving these factors. This type of research is quantitative with End user computing satisfaction (EUCS) method. The subjects in this study were Palembang city people who actively use the Lazada and Bukalapak applications. The number of samples is taken using the lemeshow formula. Statistical analysis of this study used Likert scale analysis. The level of user satisfaction of the Lazada and Bukalapak applications was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire. The level of user satisfaction in the content variable is 3,84 in the Lazada application and 3,85 in the Bukalapak application, the accuracy variable is 3,86 in the Lazada application and 3,83 in the Bukalapak application, format variables 3,73 in the Lazada application and 3,81 in the Bukalapak application, ease of use variables 4,02 in the Lazada application and 3,96 in the Bukalapak application, timeliness variables 3,76 in the Lazada application and 3,83 in the Bukalapak application. The conclusion of this study is that from the five EUCS variables tested, the people of Palembang are satisfied with the Lazada and Bukalapak applications.
