Library is a technical service unit which provides services to the academic community in the form of providing information, likewise with the Sriwijaya University Library (Unsri Library UPT). In providing services to its users, the library obtains, processes, stores, and disseminates information technology-based information. In providing services to users, it still feels less than optimal. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the use of information technology digital library services using the COBIT 2019 framework. The methodology used is field studies and literature studies. The object in this study is the Unsri Library UPT. Data collection was carried out by administering questionnaires to leaders, employees and librarians of the Unsri Library UPT about the conditions of information technology (IT) digital library services. Followed by a literature study. Mapping and selecting domains using the COBIT 2019 framework. The results showed that the Sriwijaya Library UPT had implemented several activities from all levels for each process studied, but not all of them were in the fully achieved category.
