This study aims to determine the regression and correlation between dry matter consumption and body weight gain in goats fed rations containing blood flour and fermented adsorbents in vivo. This research was conducted from August to November 2022 at the Experimental Stables of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Department of Animal Husbandry Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. Dry matter content analysis was conducted at the Animal Nutrition and Food Laboratory, Animal Husbandry Study Program, Department of Animal Husbandry Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study used the RAL (Completely Randomized Design) method with 3 treatments and 3 replicates. Each treatment animal received the same ration, namely the provision of grass 10% of body weight and concentrate 3% of body weight, namely: P0 (0% Fermented Blood Flour Adsorption), P1 (25% Fermented Blood Flour Adsorption), P2 (50% Fermented Blood Flour Adsorption). The results of the regression analysis of this study obtained the results of a negative correlation relationship in the P0 treatment and a positive correlation relationship in the P1 and P2 treatments. The regression equation obtained in the P0 treatment is Y = 544,29 – 0,27X with a negative relationship. The regression equation obtained in the P1 treatment is Y = - 458,65 + 0,39X with a positive relationship. The regression equation obtained in the P2 treatment is Y = - 1421,36 + 0,90X with a positive relationship. The positive relationship form implies that the higher the dry matter consumption, the higher the body weight gain or the lower the dry matter consumption, the lower the body weight gain. The negative relationship means that the higher the dry matter consumption, the lower the body weight gain or the lower the dry matter consumption, the higher the body weight gain. The results of the correlation analysis of this study obtained the results of the correlation coefficient value P0 (0,14) showing a very low level of relationship, the correlation coefficient value P1 (0,44) showing a fairly low level of relationship, and the correlation coefficient value P2 (0,80) showing a sufficient level of relationship. Keywords: blood meal, body weight gain, dry matter consumption, peanut goat
