This research aims to determine the effect of applying liquid organic fertilizer from pineapple peel on the growth of native potatoes (Plectranthus rotudifolius (poir) spreng). The research began from July to September 2023, taking place in Bangun Jaya Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra with coordinates 3°23'00.2 S and 104°35'14.2 E. In this research the method used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) method with 6 treatment levels, each treatment repeated 4 times so that there are 24 experimental units. In this study, 6 treatments were used, namely with various concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer from pineapple peel, including: P0= no treatment, P1= 10% POC concentration, P2= 15% POC concentration, P3= 20% POC concentration, P4= 25% POC concentration and P5= 30% POC concentration. The research used manure and NPK fertilizer as basic fertilizer in soil planting media. The variables observed in this research included plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, fresh weight, dry weight, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of roots, number of tubers planted, volume of tubers and weight of the tubers planted. Based on the research results, it shows that the application of liquid organic fertilizer from pineapple peel at a dose of 15% (treatment P2) has a significant effect on the parameters of fresh shoot weight, fresh root weight and tuber volume but has no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, number of tubers. planting, weight of planted tubers, dry weight of roots and dry weight of shoots.
