In managing cash at PT. Barangan Jaya Mandiri encountered several problems, for example a calculation error caused by an error in reading the numbers printed on the transaction. This was greatly influenced by the fact that all transaction data collection was still done in handwriting, so that errors and potential sloppy writing led to incorrect interpretation of the data. Besides that, there is also a risk of data loss due to notebooks which can be damaged and lost at any time, so that the data security factor is not guaranteed. Also in making and recapitulating reports, it takes quite a long time because transaction data must first be collected and copied from transaction log books, thus making the reporting process less effective. This study aims to build applications that can provide convenience while increasing data security. And from the results of tests carried out using a blackbox, it shows that the application built is in accordance with the design made, and according to user needs.
