The Complaint Management Application for Plaju Darat Subdistrict is a digital solution designed to efficiently address citizen complaints. This application enables residents to report issues such as infrastructure damage and social problems easily through a digital platform. The subdistrict authorities can promptly respond to complaints, track their progress, and enhance transparency by allowing citizens to monitor the resolution of their complaints. Data collection methods include primary and secondary sources. The system development methodology employed is prototype, utilizing the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and a MySQL database. The application is evaluated using black-box testing techniques. With the Complaint Management Application, it is anticipated that it will assist the subdistrict authorities in improving services to residents and optimizing the complaint handling process.
