This study aims to determine the survey of physical fitness level in students of Arinda Palembang High School. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that uses survey research methods. The instrument used in this study was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test. The population of this study is class XI students of SMA Arinda Palembang. The sample in this study was 35 people with 17 male students and 18 female students. The results of this study obtained an average result in male students of 19.23 with a good category, and in female students an average result of 15.11 with a medium category. This shows that students of Arinda Palembang High School have enough to apply a healthy lifestyle such as maintaining healthy food intake with diet and nutrition and exercising adequately and regularly.
