Genshin Impact Mobile is a Role Playing Game (RPG)-themed game that is now at the peak of its career as the best-selling RPG game on the Android Market on the Play Store. Armed with an interesting story, this game can lure users to play it. In this era, the game industry is competing to improve the user experience of their games in order to attract new players or retain old ones. This means that the user experience in a game is an important factor in supporting the success of the game. Therefore, this study uses the Game Experience Questionnaire method to measure user experience in playing Genshin Impact Mobile games with questionnaire-based instruments using three modules on GEQ. The first module is the Core Module on Aspect Competence (3,552), Immersion (3,937), Flow (2,688), Tension (2433), Challenge (2,742), Negative Affect (3,048), Positive Affect (4,026) in the Challenge aspect, showing the lack of challenge in the Genshin Impact Mobile game. The second module is "Social Presence in the aspects of Empathy (3,825), Negative Feelings (2,492), and Involvement (2,773) in the Aspects of Behavioral Involvement and Lack of Cooperation Between Other Players." And the last module is the Post-Game Module on aspects of Positive experience (3,353), Negative Experience (2,331), Tiredness (2,780), and Returning to Reality (2,593).
